BenchmarkProperty Management, Inc. is a family run business founded in 1987. They are currently celebrating their 25th anniversary as a company. Over the years, Benchmark has become a staple in the southern Florida community through their knowledge and expertise in the business. They provide management services to over 100 community associations.

“In a perfect world Associations really wouldn't need a management company,” said Steve Faynor, President of Patios of Boca Barwood. “Owners would pay their maintenance on time, buildings and mechanical equipment would never need work, landscaping would always be picture perfect, owners, tenants, or guests would never break the rules, nor would cities or counties ever change codes requiring  properties to take action.  Well, as we know, we don't live in that world.”

Benchmark provides a particularly innovative service that connects community members with each other, with staff, and with management. Benchmark provides clients with the services of AssociationVoice, which sets up online forums, directories, classifieds, calendars, newsletters, and messaging for community associations. They also serve to distribute association information, send group emails, collect resident info, collect assessment payments and fees, allow residents to access information and self-service online, optimize the use of volunteer time/resources, and provide education on procedures and rules. The site is secure and protects residents’ and tenants’ private information. These new technological additions to the company have truly allowed Benchmark to transcend from a 20th century organization to a 21st century organization.

Benchmark Property Management, Inc: a Family Affair

Benchmark Property Management has been around since 1987. They will be celebrating their 25th anniversary throughout 2012. Benchmark is renowned throughout the southern Florida area as a property management company. They provide ancillary services to their client associations who manage community associations. Benchmark is a family run business, which aids them in maintaining relationships with all four of their initial clients. Today, Benchmark has over 100 clients, almost 15,000 unites, and 35 employees.

"The Lakes of Environ Condominium Association has been associated with Benchmark Management for more than 20 years,” said Arthur Gladstone, President of the board of directors for Lakes of Environ Condominium Association. “Their reliability and expertise have assisted us in every situation imaginable, and have made my job as President so much easier. The company is ran by husband and wife team, Bill and Barbara Sugarman. “Our Community is proud to be associated with Benchmark Property Management,” said Jack S. Benchmark Property Management Incorporated, a company that services over 100 southern Florida community associations, is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2012! Founded in 1987, Benchmark Property Management Inc. is a family run business. Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Barbara Sugarman are a husband and wife team.
