Benchmark Celebrating a Milestone!

Benchmark Property Management Incorporated, a company that services over 100 southern Florida community associations, is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2012! They work with property owners on the management skills necessary for running residential communities. Benchmark hand selects the best ancillary services by commissioning independent contractors suited for the job.

Founded in 1987, Benchmark Property Management Inc. is a family run business. Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Barbara Sugarman are a husband and wife team. They work together with their 35 employees to ensure the best service possible for their clients. “Our Community is proud to be associated with Benchmark Property Management,” said Jack S. Shaw, president of the Racquet Club at 20 South Condominiums at Bonaventure, “Bill and Barbara Sugarman lead a staff providing consummate professional property management services to our community and many other Associations in South Florida.”

Bill and Barbara’s children, Dan Sugarman, Sharon Sugarman Kasen, and Lisa Sugarman Smith also work as executives at the company. The Sugarman’s own and run a separate company, Benchmark American Realty, Inc in addition to their property management company.
Benchmark’s services include: finance, administration, operations, consults, and web services. They are located in Coral Springs, Florida, servicing over 100 communities and almost 15,000 units in the Southern Florida area.
